All pricing shown on this website is subject to change without notice. Custom proposals may vary based on guest count, venue, logistics, travel, staffing needs, and scope of services.
A non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve your event date. Remaining balances are due according to the signed service agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely communication, and all necessary event details needed for successful planning and coordination.
Clients are responsible for reviewing timelines, documents, proposals, and approvals in a timely manner.
6. Third-Party Vendors
Limestone & Oak Events may provide vendor recommendations; however, we are not responsible for the performance, actions, products, delays, cancellations, or conduct of third-party vendors.
Any agreements made between Client and outside vendors are solely between those parties.
7. Event Day Limitations
While we work diligently to ensure a smooth event, we cannot guarantee outcomes affected by weather, venue restrictions, traffic, emergencies, vendor delays, guest behavior, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Professional Conduct
Clients, guests, vendors, and associated parties agree to maintain respectful behavior toward Limestone & Oak Events staff at all times.
We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services in situations involving harassment, threats, abuse, unsafe conditions, or disruptive conduct.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including logos, branding, text, graphics, images, downloads, and materials—is the property of Limestone & Oak Events unless otherwise stated and may not be copied or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
